Please find attached a chronology of Easter week. Terry thought it might prove useful to dispel some of the myths and confusion folks have; many based on the different calendars: solar / Julian calendar v lunar / Jewish calendar (Scripture based from that time.)

It might appear (from the Western perspective) the days and events are out of synch but when looked at from an eastern Mediterranean/Jewish perspective they are in alignment.

Take a moment, brew the kettle, sit with a cuppa and ponder this Chronology and hopefully a better and clearer picture of how events happened and the Scripture's picture of Easter is more accurate than many believe.
